Refund Timeframe

You can expect to receive your refund within 5-7 business days of submitting the refund request, depending upon the time taken by your bank to credit the money back to your account. Product Removal of Refunded Product(s)

Once your refund is complete, please remove all traces of the refunded product from your system and destroy its license key and backup CD (if any). In case you face any problems in removing the product, you can contact our support team at support@computeroids.com for assistance.

Other Terms and Conditions

After the refund is complete, you will no longer be entitled to subscription and renewal benefits nor receive any technical support from our support team for the refunded product. If you have other paid, non-refunded and/or free product(s) from Computeroids, you will receive updates, subscription and renewal benefits as well as technical support for those product(s).

Refund after 30 days money back guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for one-time purchases both measured from the date of purchase. To request a refund, first log in to your Computeroids account, verify your email through the OTP process, go to your Plan Dashboard, and select the option to cancel your plan and request a refund. If you cannot access your account, email support@computeroids.com with your order number and the reason for your request. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval. Partial refunds are not provided for completed billing periods. Recurring subscriptions will be cancelled after an approved refund unless otherwise agreed. Exceptions (e.g., abuse, fraud, or violation of terms) may disqualify eligibility for a refund.
