At Computeroids a d/b/a of Sapphire Softech Solutions LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), we are committed to providing high-quality software products and excellent customer service. We understand that purchasing software is an important decision, and we strive to ensure that our customers are fully informed before completing a purchase.
This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which refunds may or may not be available for software licences purchased through our website or authorised sales channels. By purchasing any software licence from us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.
Our products consist primarily of 1 Year software licence, which grant customers the right to use specific software for 1 year, subject to the applicable Licence Agreement and Terms of Use.
Unlike subscription services, Computeroids licences provide 1 Year access to the licensed version of the software after purchase. Because software licences are digital products that can often be activated immediately upon delivery, refunds are subject to the conditions outlined in this policy.
We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, technical specifications, compatibility requirements, supported operating systems, hardware requirements, and licence limitations before making a purchase.
