How to Cancel Your Subscription

You may cancel your active subscription directly from your Computeroids account dashboard. Follow the simple process below to manage your plan.

Log in to Your Account

Visit the Login Page and use your registered email address to sign in.

Verify with OTP

Complete the OTP (One-Time Password) verification process sent to your email to ensure account security.

Access Dashboard

After successful verification, you will be redirected to your dashboard where all your purchased plans are displayed.

Cancel Eligible Plan

For eligible subscriptions, a “Cancel Plan” button will appear alongside the active plan details.

Important Eligibility Rules

  • The cancellation option is visible only when the payment status of the subscription is marked as “success.”
  • To ensure fair usage and billing compliance, the cancellation option is automatically disabled for subscriptions purchased more than 30 days ago.
  • In such cases, you may see a disabled button along with a descriptive tooltip explaining that the cancellation period has expired.
